- We collect the information needed to provide MiYo Gift, such as your email address, gift content, recipient email address for scheduled delivery, payment status, and basic technical data.
- Your gift content is private by design, but anyone who has your gift link can view it unless you set an access password.
- AI text generation is optional. It only runs when you actively click the AI generation button in the gift editor and provide context.
- Payments are processed by Creem and PayPal. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, bank account details, or payment account passwords.
- Cloudflare supports hosting, security, and email-related delivery. Google Analytics may be used for product analytics.
- You are responsible for making sure any text, photos, videos, music, or other media you upload may legally be used in your gift.

2.2 AI Text Generation Information
MiYo Gift includes optional AI-assisted text generation in the gift editor for text fields. This feature is not automatic. It runs only when you click the AI generation button and submit context for a specific field.
When you use AI text generation, we may process:
- The template ID, draft ID, and field name;
- The current field text, if present;
- Occasion, relationship, recipient name or nickname, tone, and personal notes you choose to provide;
- The generated text returned for that field.
This information is used to generate suggested text for your gift. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, accepting, or rejecting any AI-generated result before publishing or sharing your gift.
Some AI text generation context may be stored in your browser local storage so the editor can remember it during later editing sessions.
2.3 Payment Information
Payments are handled by Creem and PayPal. MiYo Gift does not collect or store:
- Card numbers, expiry dates, or CVV codes;
- Bank account information;
- Payment account passwords;
- Full payment credentials.
We may receive and store non-sensitive transaction information, such as:
- Order ID or transaction ID;
- Payment provider;
- Payment status;
- Amount, currency, and timestamp;
- Membership or creation benefit activated by the payment.
2.4 Automatically Collected Technical Data
When you use MiYo Gift, we may collect technical data for security, troubleshooting, analytics, and service reliability, including:
- IP address;
- Browser type and version;
- Device type and operating system;
- Pages visited and timestamps;
- Referring URL;
- Error logs and performance data;
- Security and anti-abuse signals.

5. Gift Content, Links, and Privacy
MiYo Gift is designed for personal digital gifts, but gift privacy depends on how you share and protect the gift.
- If no access password is set, anyone with the gift link may be able to view the gift.
- If an access password is set, visitors need the correct password to view the gift.
- You should avoid uploading or sharing sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with the intended recipient seeing it.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and share any images, videos, music, portraits, text, names, or personal details included in a gift.
Your gifts are not intended to be publicly searchable by other users, and public demo or showcase pages display example gifts created by MiYo Gift unless otherwise stated.

We use third-party providers to operate and improve the Service:

7. User-Uploaded Content and Copyright
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it in your gift.
MiYo Gift does not routinely pre-screen user-uploaded content. We may remove or restrict access to content if we receive a valid copyright complaint, identify a violation of our policies, or believe action is needed to protect users, third parties, or the Service.

8. Platform Content
MiYo Gift uses original design work and may also use third-party or tool-assisted media in templates and platform pages:
- Some images may be AI-generated or sourced from Unsplash under applicable license terms.
- Platform videos and template compositions may be produced or edited by MiYo Gift.
- Music may come from royalty-free or licensed libraries.
This does not apply to user-uploaded media. Users are responsible for the content they upload.
9. Data Storage, Transfers, and Backups
MiYo Gift uses cloud infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Data may be stored or processed in different countries or regions depending on infrastructure routing, security, hosting, and service provider operations.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
We may maintain backups for continuity, security, and recovery. Backup copies are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for technical, security, or legal purposes.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Deletion may not immediately remove all backup copies, logs, or records that must be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.
