WhatsApp Recipient Consent Agreement

This agreement applies when you ask MiYo Gift to send a scheduled gift link to one or more recipients through WhatsApp.

Your Confirmation

By selecting the agreement checkbox, you confirm that:

• every WhatsApp recipient you add has explicitly agreed to receive this one-time gift link message from you;
• you are authorized to provide each recipient's phone number to MiYo Gift for this delivery; and
• the phone numbers you provide are accurate and belong to the intended recipients.

How Recipient Phone Numbers Are Used

MiYo Gift servers collect recipient phone numbers only to schedule and send the gift link you requested. We do not use these phone numbers for advertising, marketing, profiling, sales, or any unrelated purpose.

To complete the delivery, the recipient's phone number and the approved message template are sent to the WhatsApp service. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices apply to its processing.

Message Scope

The scheduled message is a service message containing the MiYo Gift link and information needed to identify the gift. Your confirmation does not authorize promotional messages, recurring messages, or an ongoing WhatsApp conversation.

Before Delivery

You are responsible for keeping the recipient list accurate. Before the scheduled delivery time, remove any recipient who withdraws consent or should no longer receive the gift link.
